摘    要:讨论了产品返回依赖于需求且返回品需经过检测方能再销售时最优的检测人数.假设在每个周期上供应商面临确定性需求,产品只能在当前购买周期内被返回,产品的市场逗留时间和返回品检测时间都服从指数分布,检测人员会根据返回品在仓库里的积压情况自动调整检测速度的情况下,选取检测人数n为库存控制策略,利用有限源排队理论建立了成本控制模型.问题是确定最优的n~*,使得在一个有限的周期内系统不可能达到稳态的情况下期望总成本最小.
