圆柱滚子轴承套圈整体强度的实验分析

摘    要:滚动轴承极限设计方法指出,减薄套圈厚度,增大滚动体的直径,可有效的增大强度空间,提高承载能力,延长寿命。套圈的整体强度将制约强度空间的减薄极限。本文用电阻应变测量技术测定滚动轴承的套圈强度,验证了本文理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:According to the limiting design method of bearings,thinning a roller bearing collar and increasing its roller diameter can greatly enlarge the strength space, as well as enhance the bearing's capacity and prolong its service life. The whole strength of the collar is maybe a limitation to thin the collar. The techniques of resistance strain measurement is used to test the collar strength; and by the testing and analysis, the new methods is proved.
