| Abstract: | Through a thorough investigation and analysis,we obtain the core quality that middle school chemistry teachers should deserve.It is suggested that normal universities should cultivate the students' corresponding diathesis and create the core competitive ability through effective ways so as to transport the excellent chemistry education talents to the society who establish themselves in an unassailable position in their occupations. |
