乙酸异戊酯合成方法的改进

摘    要:系统地研究了乙酸异戊酯合成中浓H_2SO_4的量对产量的影响,找出了浓H_2SO_的最佳用量,此外.以Al_2(SO_4)_2.xH_2O代替浓H_2SO_4作为酯化反应的催化剂,收到令人满意的效果:(1)酯收率高,(2)克服了浓H_2SO_4对管道及皮肤的腐蚀的不足,操作简便安全,有利于工业生产,(3)催化剂易于回收,可重复使用,此方法具有一定的经济效益.

Abstract:The article studies the optimum quantity of sulphuric acid in the synthesis of iso-amyl acetate. Then it describes a new method of synthesis.i.e. using aluminum sulphate as the catalyst in the reac-tion. The new method has effected a good result.First.more ester was obtained.Second,unlike sulphuric acid,the sulphate has no corrosion for the skin and apparatus,so it can be handled conveniently and safely in mass production.Thirdly,this catalyst is easily retrieved and re-used after driving out the organic solvents,hence the reduction of cost in the production.
