摘    要:研究了在La-ZSM-5分子筛上的吡啶碱合成反应,详细考查了反应温度、原料配比(甲醛/乙醛摩尔比、醛/氨摩尔比)、空速、催化剂寿命等因素对该反应的影响,并优化了反应条件.研究显示反应温度400℃,原料配比(甲醛/乙醛)1:1(mol)、醛/氨比0.5(mol),空速为1200h-1左右吡啶碱的总收率可达85%,催化剂寿命达到100h以上,为吡啶碱的工业化提供了详细参考资料.

Abstract:The influences on synthesis pyridine bases over La -ZSM -5 zeolite catalysts were studied. Experimental results showed that the temperature was 400℃; the raw material ratio: formaldehyde(37% ) and acetaldehyde was 1, aldehyde and ammonia was 0.5; the space velocity was about 1200 h^-1. The total yield of pyridine bases is over 85%. The life of La - ZSM - 5 was long. It is an excellent catalyst for synthesis of pyridine bases.
