基于Internet的机械零部件异地异步协同设计研究

摘    要:针对传统的协同设计在数据共享等方面存在的问题,根据对网络协同设计系统总体要求的分析,提出了基于图纸中心的机械零部件异地异步协同设计系统方案,构建了协同设计系统的框架.详细说明了图纸中心的建立与运作过程,所设计的图纸中心包括表示层、功能层和数据层.利用ASP技术实现异步信息的共享,同时建立必要的网络安全协议,实现产品数据的访问与检查权限控制和设计过程控制.该系统能够实现协作式虚拟协同环境的开发,以及局域网内的远程呼叫和交互.

Abstract:There are some limitations such as in data sharing etc.in traditional co-design system.Based on the analysis of the total demand of the co-design system in network,the scheme of the allochthonous asynchronous co-design system of mechanical parts based on drawing center is proposed,and the framework of the system is constructed.The construction and the working process of the drawing center are expounded.The drawing center includes three layers of expression layer,function layer and data layer.The sharing of asynchronous information is realized using ASP technology.The network security mechanism of the system is built to control the calling and the access authority of product data and the checking of designing process.This system can realize the collaborative development work in virtual environment,and realize the calling and interaction in intranet.
