苯酚降解菌的筛选及降解性能研究

摘    要:从腐烂的树木枯枝和污染的淤泥中分离出苯酚的高效降解菌.通过对它们的形态和16S rDNA 分析,筛选到的新菌株分别命名为 Acinetobacter sp. SD1, Pseudomonas sp. SD2和 Rhodococcus sp. SD3.在筛选到的3株菌中, Rhodococcus sp. SD3的苯酚降解性能最好,该菌株在72 h 内几乎能将浓度为1.0 g/L 的苯酚完全降解

Abstract:Phenol-degrading microbes were isolated from rotting wood and polluted sludge.These strains were identi-fied as Acinetobacter sp.SD1,Pseudomonas sp.SD2 and Rhodococcus sp.SD3 according to their morphological feature and 16S rDNA sequence,respectively.The phenol-degrading performance of Rhodococcus sp.SD3 strain was best among three strains,which almost completely degraded 1.0 g/L phenol in 72 hours.
