羰基钴催化羰化合成丙二酸二乙酯

摘    要:作者报道了在温和条件下,以保险粉(Na2S2O4)和zn粉作助剂,用Co和氯化钴原位合成的NaCo(CO)]4作催化剂,催化氯乙酸乙酯的羰化反应合成丙二酸二乙酯.对催化体系的选择进行了考察,并利用正交设计法探索了此反应的最优条件.

Abstract:The diethyl malonate was synthesized by carbonylation of ethyl chloroacetate catalyzed by NaCo(CO) 4], formed in situ from cobalt chloride, carbon monoxide, sodium dithionite and zine powder under mild conditions. The optimum conditions of formation of catalyst and the carbonylation were obtained by the experiments of the Vertical Crossing Scheme. The results showed that the conversion of ethyl chloroacetate and the selectivity for diethyl malonate could reach up to over 70% and 99%, respectively under the selected conditions. This is a clean and promoted method for the production of diethyl malonate.
