摘    要:本文应用100mg/kg GA_3溶液在冬小麦春季的四个时期进行叶面喷洒处理,发现GA_3可以明显促进处于待伸长~伸长中期的节间的伸长,并相应减少其直径;增长效应消失后,后继节间反而比对照缩短。前两期处理对上部三片叶的长度有促进作用,对叶宽则影响不大。前两期处理还显著增加了主茎的干物质织累,其中开花前积累所占比重较大,其转运量也较多,而对照则以转运开花后积累的干物质为主。CA_3处理有利于小麦穗部性状的改善,但穗数有降低的趋势,产量差异不显著。

Abstract:GA_3 solution of 100 mg/kg was applied on wheat at 4 different periods, It was discovered that GA_3 could enhance significantly the elongation of internodes which were to elongate or were in mid-elongation,and narrow the diameter of thcse in ternodes correspondingly,The length of the following internodes reduced after the enhancing effect. The former two GA_3 treatments increased the lengths of upper 3 leaves, but not the width. As far as the main stems were concerned, the former two treatments increased the accumulation of plant's dry matter, most of which were fo rmed before anthesis and transfered into grains later. By the contrary, dry matters translocated in the control treatment were mainly postanlhesis formed ones, GA_3 treatments could improve the characteristics of wheat a ear with a tendency of declining ear number. The yield was not influenced signficantly.
