| Abstract: | In this paper the micro-teaching practice in our college was introduced, and the function of the micro-teaching in training teaching ability in students of teachers college was discussed. By statistical examining the teaching ability of the student teachers in the experimental group and in the group under control, it was discovered that there was a marked result of using the micro-teaching to develop teaching ability of students in teachers college. |
