羧甲基淀粉钠合成条件优化的研究

摘    要:采用正交设计试验法,研究了以淀粉为原料,醇类溶剂作分散剂情况下,淀粉与氢氧化钠、氯乙酸进行醚化反应合成羧甲基淀粉钠的合成工艺中氯乙酸用量,氢氧化钠的用量,反应时间,反应温度等对产品粘度的影响,得到了适宜的操作条件,并将羧甲基淀粉钠代替羧甲基纤维素钠应用于洗衣粉作了对照实验

Abstract:The optimal sythesis conditions for Na-carbonyl-methyl-starch(CMS) are obtained by optimum formulations. It is shown that the best conditions of the process with and ketones alcohols as dispersing and etherifying with NaOH are as follows:the amount of chloroacetic acid is 0.8~1.2mol·L -1 ,the NaOH is 0.8~1.0mol·L -1 ,the reacting period is 4 hours,the reacting temperature is 70℃,and the amount of starch is 30%. CMS used as a substitute for Carboxy-Methyl-cellulose(CMC) in the detergent has also been studied.
