新探农村剩余劳动力产生的原因--兼论耕地产权残缺对农业生产要素配置的影响

农村剩余劳动力产生的主要原因是耕地要素的高度稀缺和非农部门对农村劳动力的吸收能力不强。造成耕地要素相对稀缺的原因除了人多地少的现实原因外，还包括由耕地产权残缺导致耕地流转交易成本过高，以至于耕地大量撂荒的制度原因。
