摘    要:通过均匀设计,分别在3 L和5 L的烧瓶中,进行碱金属/无水乙醇体系还原樟脑工艺的放大实验.结果表明:放大后所得的樟脑转化率和龙脑产率比均匀实验时有所降低,但经过二次还原,反应体系趋于稳定.合成龙脑工艺放大后仍然可行,右旋龙脑的最高收率分别达到81.13%和80.58%.红外吸收光谱证实,反应产物为右旋龙脑.

Abstract:In this paper,an amplified laboratory research was carried out on the basis of the previous study.Results showed that the experimental process led to local overheating easily.At the same time,the reaction system viscosity increased,the mass transfer process was slower and the product yield decreased under the amplified study.However,the experiments proved that the process was still feasible after amplification.In the 3 L and 5 L reaction systems,the maximum yield of dextral borneol reached up to 81.13% and ...
