摘    要:日本国营釜石铁厂(1874-1882年)与中国青溪铁厂(1885-1890年)的技术引进是近代西方钢铁技术向中日两国转移的开始.在对两家铁厂的技术引进过程进行详细梳理的基础上,探讨两家铁厂停炉失败的原因、技术引进的不同特征,以及它们对于日中两国钢铁技术近代化进程的不同意义进行比较,为进一步讨论中日两国近代化的差异提供案例.

Abstract:Both the Kamaishi Ironworks of Japan and Qingxi Ironworks of China were founded in the second half of the 19th century, and mark the beginning of the transfer of Western iron and steel technology into early modern East Asia. It is worth noting that both the two enterprises chose Britain as the source for their technology, and both failed rather rapidly.
