吉林省上市公司融资结构的优化

以现代融资理论为基础,对吉林省上市公司融资结构的现状进行了分析,结果表明:吉林省上市公司存在严重依赖外部融资、偏好股权融资以及长期负债比例较小等问题。针对这些问题应采取优化融资结构的对策,如提高收益率增加内部融资比率、充分利用债券市场融资、完善公司治理机制等。

Optimization of Listed Corporation Financing Structure in Jilin Province

Based on the modern financing theory,this paper analyzes the situation of listed corporation financing structure in Jilin Province.The results show that there are some problems such as the serious dependence on external financing,the preference to equity financing and the small proportion of long-term liabilities in listed corporations in Jilin Province.Aiming at these problems,the countermeasures should be taken to optimize financing structure,including increasing internal financing ratio by improving the rate of return,making full use of bond market financing and perfecting corporate governance mechanism.
