摘    要:针对小型工业生产车间以CAN(Controller Area Network)总线互联的现场设备网络的实时监测难的问题,提出一种基于无线短距通信的嵌入式CAN网络测试系统的设计方案.该系统以LPC2129处理器为核心平台,搭载无线通信模块nRF2401,辅以LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)显示器等外围设备,采用支持多任务的μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统作为软件平台,软件编程完成通信测试程序和无线数据发送程序.实验表明,该系统实现了现场CAN总线网络通信测试和无线数据传输,解决了在小空间内布线困难条件下的现场总线实时监测问题.

Abstract:Considering the difficulty of real-time monitoring the field equipmen t s interconnected with CAN(Controller Area Network) bus in the small scale industrial production workshop, we put forward a design scheme of embedded test system of CAN-bus based on wireless communication.The test system uses LPC2129 microprocessor as the cen tral controller,uses μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system as software platform,supplemen ted by nRF2401 modular and LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) monitor,etc.Software programming completeed com munication test program and wireless data transmitting program.Experimental res ults show that the system can realize CAN field bus network communications test and wireless data transmission.The test system solved the problem of real-tim e CAN-bus monitoring in a small space of wiring in difficult condition.
