| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济全球化和国际竞争日趋激烈化的趋势,反垄断法双边合作机制应运而生。双边合作是当前反垄断法国际合作的主要途径,是国家间本着国家主权和平等协商的原则在相互礼让的基础上而达成的一种国际合作方式,其以国家对本国域外管辖权的自愿限制为前提,以各国反垄断法主管机构的合作为表现形式。

| Abstract: | Along with the trend of economic globalization and international competition intensification,the bilateral cooperation mechanism of antitrust law emerges as the times require.Nowadays,bilateral cooperation is the main route of international collaboration of antitrust law,and it is an international cooperation form based on inter-country comity,sovereignty and equal negotiation principle,which upholds extraterritorial jurisdiction limit as the premise and antitrust authority＇s collaboration as the form. |
