| 摘 要： | 本文对２４例病人心脏术后测定中心静脉压（ＣＶＰ）和血容量（ＢＶ），进行相关分析．随机选择男性１６例，女性８例．分别于术后３种不同时间和状态下测定ＣＶＰ、ＢＶ和其它血流动力学指标，进行对比分析．结果：ＣＶＰ和ＢＶ在术后不同时间及状态下，其相关系数Ｐ值均大于０．０５，无显著相关性．提示：ＣＶＰ不能准确有效地反映心脏术后血容量的变化．

| Abstract: | The correlations between Central Venous Pressure (CVP) and Blood Volume (BV) in the postoperative cardiac surgery are analyzed. For this investigation 24 patients after open-heart surgery are chosen randomly. For each patient the correlation coefficients are measured under three different conditions and the results are 0. 0911, 0. 1077 and 0. 1570, respectively. The results have shown that there is no clear linear correlativity between CVP and BV after open-heart surgery. This suggests that CVP may not show the change of BV after open-heart surgery effectively. |
