| Abstract: | These sub-standard shipbuilding factories,sub-standard ships,and other sub-standard shipping factors such as sub-standard operators,sub-standard flags,and sub-standard administrations are very harmful to maritime safety.This essay analyzes shipping problems and try to find some countermeasures to fight against sub-standard shipping. |
