| 摘 要： | 山西省高等教育的整体水平比较落后，这在一定程度上制约了山西省经济和社会的发展。大学科技园的建设不仅能够有效地促进山西省高等教育的跨越式发展，而且可以为山西经济和社会发展注入新的活力。本文主要分析了山西省推进大学科技园建设的意义以及建设大学科技园的必要性，并提出在建设大学科技园过程中应当正确处理的几个关系。

| Abstract: | The higher education integral level of Shanxi relatively lags behind, which, to a certain extent, has restricted the economy of Shanxi and the social development. The construction of the Science park in the universities, to a certain extent, cannot merely bring about an advance in leap - type of higher education of Shanxi effectively, but can also inject new vigor into the economic development of Shanxi. The author of this paper has mainly analyzed the significance and necessity of the construction of Science park of the universities in Shanxi, and has put forward suggestions for the proper treatment of several relations. |
