CdS/聚苯胺导电复合材料的制备与表征

摘    要:通过化学氧化聚合法,将固相法合成的CdS纳米粒子在十二坑基苯磺酸(DBSA)存在的条件下,用氧化剂(同时也是催化剂)过硫酸铵(APS)氧化苯胺(An),制得了CdS/聚苯胺导电复合材料。探讨了CdS的掺入量对导电复合材料的影响。CdS/聚苯胺导电复合材料用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和四探针电导率测试仪进行了表征。结果表明,当苯胺单体为2mL,CdS的掺入量为0.1g时,制得的CdS/聚苯胺导电复合材料电导率较高。

Abstract:With chmical oxidation polymerization,CdS/polyaniline(PANI) composite is prepared with the solid-phase synthesized CdS nano-particals,odecyl benzenesulfonic acid(DBSA) and catalyzer APS.The influence of the CdS mixture to the composite is discussed here.Also conductivities of the composites is charatered with a four-probe instrument,XRD,TEM and FT-IR.The results show that conductivity is the highest when volume of aniline is 2 mL and the weight of CdS nanoparticles is 0.1 g.
