玻碳基Pt/C/NH4NiPO4复合电极电催化氧化乙醇

摘    要:以磷酸二氢铵、氢氧化钠和四水合乙酸镍为原料,聚乙二醇-400为模板剂,应用X-射线粉末衍射法(XRD)和循环伏安法考察低温固相反应合成NH4NiPO4·H2O材料的最佳反应条件,在反应时间为4 h、反应温度70 ℃、氢氧化钠用量为n乙酸镍:n氢氧化钠=4:1时易得到较完整晶体材料,并应用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)及热重差热分析(TG-DTA)对产品进行表征. 实验表明将产物应用到Pt/C电催化电极中,玻碳基Pt/C/NH4NiPO4复合电极的电催化乙醇性能明显比石墨基Pt/C电极、石墨基Pt/C/NH4NiPO4复合电极优越,氧化电流较大,氧化电位降低,且具有一定的电容量,氧化电流可瞬间增加,是电催化乙醇电极潜在的特色电极.

Abstract:The micrometer material of NH4NiPO4·H2O was synthesized by solid state reaction at low temperature using ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and nickel acetate as raw materials and PEG-400 as a template as well as adding a few sodium hydroxide. The optimum reaction condition was researched by using XRD and cyclic voltammetry. The reaction product was characterized by using SEM, FT-IR and TG-DTA. It was found that the perfect crystal material could be easily obtained when the reaction time is 4 hour, the reaction temperature is 70 ℃ and the weight of nickel acetate is 4 times to the weight of sodium hydroxide. The product has been applied to make electric catalytic electrode. The research shows that, compared to the graphite base Pt/C electrode and graphite base Pt/C/NH4NiPO4 electrode, the glassy carbon base Pt/C/NH4NiPO4 electrode has better electro-catalytic activity. Also, the glassy carbon base Pt/C/NH4NiPO4 electrode has the potential to replace other electrodes for ethanol electrocatalytic oxidation, as it has the characteristics of large oxidation current in an instant, low oxidation potential and certain electric capacity.
