摘    要:针对夹具元件知识不能在设计过程中快速重用的问题,引入知识组件的概念,提出一种夹具元件知识组件建模方法. 对集参数、规则、实体模型和装配等信息于一体的知识组件模型进行定义,通过XML对模型进行表示和存储.基于知识组件模型,以松耦合的方式为夹具元件规格的确定、实体模型的语义建模和夹具元件装配等设计过程提供知识支持.实现设计知识无缝、快速地应用于夹具元件的设计过程.通过某飞机零件的夹具元件设计实例验证了所提模型和算法的有效性.

Abstract:To solve problems that fixture parts' knowledge cannot be quickly reused to design process of fixture, the concept of knowledge components is introduced. Knowledge components modeling method of fixture part is proposed. Knowledge components model composed of parameters, rules, solid model and assembly information is defined. The information model is expressed and stored based on XML. Knowledge components model are provided to support the specifications determination, semantic modeling of solid model and assembly of fixture parts by loosely coupled manner. Design knowledge is seamlessly, quickly applied to the design process of fixture. Effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by a fixture design example of aircraft.
