混合动力挖掘机综合效率优化管理策略

摘    要:为克服片面优化发动机工作点的缺点,建立了并联式混合动力液压挖掘机系统综合效率数学模型,在此基础上结合挖掘机实际工况及蓄电池的使用特性,提出了动态管理混合动力挖掘机工作状态间转换的充放电优化管理策略及分段变电流的充放电控制策略. 仿真研究结果表明,蓄电池能迅速调整在高效区范围内工作,且采用该控制策略与采用综合效率最大策略相比整机油耗几乎相同,从而验证了该策略的有效性.

Abstract:In order to avoid the biased optimization for engine operating point, this paper establishes a mathematical model for the whole efficiency of a parallel hybrid hydraulic excavator, from which a dynamical management strategy and a control strategy are put forward by considering the actual working condition of the excavator and the characteristics of the storage battery. The simulation results indicate that the presented control strategy can adjust the battery in high-efficiency operating state quickly. The feasibility of this strategy is verified by the fact that the fuel consumption detected in a hybrid hydraulic excavator keeps the same by the proposed control strategy and by the maximum efficiency strategy.
