摘    要:数字图像的显示输出是计算机图像处理的一个重要环节。据此介绍了灰度图像显示的基本方法,分析了TVGA显示卡图像模式下的显示原理,进而提出了一种基于计算机硬件的灰度图像的快速显示方法。

Abstract:Studies on submerged culture of Ganoderma lucidum show that the optimal condition is (29±1) ℃ and pH 4.0~5.0. After 96 h culture in fermenter the biomass amounts up to 350 g/L(fresh weight). The nutrient solution can be prepared by extracting of cells and concentrating at low temperature, and this treatment in turn effectuvely increase production of amino acids and polysaccharide in the nutrient solution, which is 11.12 g/L and 12 g/L respectively. The nutrient solution contains complete composition of amino acids, also some nucleotides and sterols, and the amount of essential amino acids is 32%. The solution is dark red and opaque. The amount of heavy metals, E.coli and other pathogenic bacteria are less than national standard. It is safe according to the acute toxic test (LD50>21.5 g/kg). Rat swimming tests show that the nutrient solution can relieve fatigue markedly.
