硅酸盐细菌的诱变选育

摘    要:用紫外线加氯化锂(L iC l)复合诱变方式对解磷能力较强的巨大芽孢杆菌JXNU-89菌株进行诱变处理。经摇瓶筛选,得到突变株JXSD-17和JXSD-18,其无机磷的解磷能力分别比原始菌株提高了184.96%和184.74%,有机磷的解磷能力分别提高了63.03%和73.63%。

Abstract:A strain of Bacillus megaterium JXNU-89 capable of dissolving phosphor was treated with UV LiCl.After screening experiments,we obtained two mutants(JXSD-17 and JXSD-18).Their capability of phosphorus-releasing of inorganic P-compound were improved 184.96% and 184.74%,their capability of phosphorus-releasing of P-compound were improved 63.03% and 73.63%.
