摘    要:采用现代生物化控技术,对长期危害我国电力线路的高大树木进行生长抑制,研制出能够广泛控制电力线路通道内各类树木长高的试剂——"护线宝"(TGRs-DDP)及相关的技术措施,为解决长期困绕我国电力架空线路安全运行的问题提供了可靠的技术保证。"护线宝"主要通过阻碍树木微管束发育,减少体内赤霉素含量,增强生长素氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性,降低叶绿素含量和减小叶片面积及促进幼嫩枝条提早成熟等方式来抑制树木的增高生长。经有关"毒性"和"凋亡诱导"等实验研究表明,该试剂为安全型试剂。

Abstract:With modern biological control technology a reagent called TGRs-DDP was developed,which can be widely used to control the growth of all kinds of road trees under overhead power lines with relevant technical measures,thus providing a reliable technology for safe operation of power lines in our country against tree growth.TGRs-DDP inhibits the growth of trees mainly by preventing vascular bundle of trees from developing,reducing the contents of GA,enhancing the activity of IAA Oxidase and Peroxidase,lowering the contents of chlorophyll and reducing the area of leaves and accelerating the maturation of tender branches. Experiments on"toxicity"and"wither induction"show that this reagent is safe.
