| 摘 要： | 根据四川教育厅《关于做好教育事业“十一五”规划编制工作的通知》,学院拟定出了《西昌学院“十一五”事业发展规划》。本文论述了西昌学院“十一五”事业发展规划的五大背景、四个特点及科学发展观在规划中的统领地位,对学院“十一五”事业发展规划的理解具有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | According to The Notice about Drawing up the Eleventh Five-Year Educational Developing Plan given by Sichuan Educational Committee, we make The Eleventh Five-Year Developing Plan of Xichang College. This article demonstrates five backgrounds and four features of the eleventh five-year developing plan of Xichang College and the leading role of the idea of scientific development in the plan, which has directing significance in understanding the plan. |
