| 摘 要： | 首先阐述了网络中介参与的电子商务交易模式，设计了网络中介的交易风险控制机制，在建立了网络中介控制水平选择的多目标决策模型后，通过等价变换讨论了模型最优解的存在性，分析了一定平均风险偏好下网络中介利益取向对最优控制决策的影响；进而分析了平均风险偏好变化时的最优控制策略．分析结果有助于网络中介交易风险控制决策．

| Abstract: | The paper firstly describes the transaction mode of electronic commerce enrolled by the cybermediary, and designs the managerial mechanism of transaction risk of cybermediary. After building a multi-objective decision model that can be used to determine control level for the cybermediary, the paper studies the existence of the optimal solution through equivalent transform. Finally, the paper analyzes the impacts of benefit tendency of cybermediary on optimal control decision under certain average risk preference and further analyzes optimal control strategy under variable average risk preference. The results are helpful to the decision-making of transaction risk control for cybermediary. |
