摘 要: | 本文初步分析造成草类原料蒸煮脱木素反应活化能差别的原因,并提出一种确定活化能的新方法。该法的特点是抛开对脱木素反应规律的假定,从而使得到的活化能结合H因子可直接用于蒸煮过程的生产控制。益用该方法得到芦苇碱法、硫酸盐法和麦草碱——蒽醌法蒸煮脱木素反应活化能分别为33500cal/mol、30000cal/mol和26000cal/mol。

ON ACTIVATION ENERGIES OF STRAWPULPING DELIGNIFICATION |

Abstract: | In this paper, the reasons of the differences among the activation energies
of straw pulping delignification are analyzed, and a new method for the determi
nation of the activation energy of pulping delignification is presented.The adva-
ntage of eliminating the assumptions about the delignification makes the deter-
mined activation energy, along with the H-factor, to be directly used in the
pulping process control. Using the method,the activation energies of soda,kraft
pulping delignifiaction of reed and soda-AQ pulping delignification of wheat
straw were determined to be 33500 cal/mol, 30000 cal/mol and 26000 cal/mol,
respectively. |
