摘    要:研究CCD摄像器件和图像处理技术在光电自动化测试中的应用.在采用CCD摄像机、LCD图形发生器和数字图像处理技术的基础上,讨论光学多参数测量新方法及其测量系统,实现了焦距、视放大率、调制传递函数以及视差等参数的测量,并着重论述了光电自动定焦在光学参数测量中的应用.实验证实,该类光学参数测量方法比传统人工目视测量更客观、更准确,测量效率更高,可逐渐取代部分传统目视测量方法.

Abstract:Several novel means for the measurement of optical multi parameters are overviewed based on an integrated measurement system consisting of CCD image digitizers, LCD graph generators, and digital image processing algorithms. With this system, novel methods of measuring focal length of lens, visual magnification of infinite conjugate system, and MTF are given. In addition, the measurement of other parameters such as parallax is also discussed, and the application of automatic focusing technology on optical multi parameter testing is emphasized. It is shown that such methods posses fine objectiveness, higher accuracy and efficiency in comparison with the traditional visual methods, and have more applicabilities. These methods are expected to substitute some of the traditional ways of measurement in the prospect.
