| 摘 要： | 提出一种用挤压丝锥加工高精度、大直径内螺纹的方法．其结果一次挤纹丝，可获得4H级螺纹精度和粗糙度2.5，螺纹抗拉强度提高30—40％、抗剪强度提高3—10％．表面硬度提高40％，且硬化深度为0.15—0.2mm．

| Abstract: | This paper presents a technique of high precision and large diamater internal threading with fluteless tap. The results reveals a 4H grade accuracy of thread as well as other gains, including 20- 30% in tensile strength, 5- 10% in shearing strength, 40% of above in surface hardness, and 0. 15- 0.2mm in hardening depth. |
