挤压丝锥的结构研究与设计

摘    要:提出一种用挤压丝锥加工高精度、大直径内螺纹的方法.其结果一次挤纹丝,可获得4H级螺纹精度和粗糙度2.5,螺纹抗拉强度提高30—40%、抗剪强度提高3—10%.表面硬度提高40%,且硬化深度为0.15—0.2mm.

Abstract:This paper presents a technique of high precision and large diamater internal threading with fluteless tap. The results reveals a 4H grade accuracy of thread as well as other gains, including 20- 30% in tensile strength, 5- 10% in shearing strength, 40% of above in surface hardness, and 0. 15- 0.2mm in hardening depth.
