论主体性教育的法治理念培养之维

摘    要:在迈向民主与法治的国度,权利意识的觉醒是法治化的重要尺度。法治理念的培养至关重要,我国目前法治意识淡薄。教育是培养法治理念的主要手段,我国正在建构的素质教育的核心是主体性教育,主体性教育反映着义务到权利的回归,从臣民意识到公民意识的进化,其内涵正是法治理念培养之维。

Abstract:In a state advancing towards democracy and law-government, the awareness of right equality is of great value in realizing rule by law. In China, People have fuzzy jurisprudential conception and the weak awareness of right equality. Thus, it is of great importance to arouse and foster realizing rule by law. The paper holds that education can serve as a main way of fostering the awareness of right equality. Subjectivity education is the core of quality-oriented education which has been put into practice in china. Subjectivity education is the return of obligations to rights, and the progress from subject ideology to citizen equality, which embodies realizing rule by law in real sense.
