功率超声声场强度的测量

摘    要:对功率超声声场强度的测量方法做了综述.根据测量功率超声的不同效应将各种测量方法分为力学效应测量法、热学效应测量法、化学效应测量法、光学效应测量法等,并对测量方法的灵敏度、带宽、空间分辨率、测量范围、适用性等进行了描述。

Abstract:Measuring methods of the sound field intensity of power ultrasound are summarized. According to different effects of ultrasound field being measured,the methods can be divided into the method of mechanical effect,the method of thermal effect,the method of chemical effect,and the method of optical effect. And the spatial resolution,bandwidth,sensitivity,pressure range and applicability of some methods are described.
