| 摘 要： | 原发灶不明的肿瘤(UPTs)为肿瘤的一种独特类型.目前认为其形成是由于细胞转化后部分原发瘤细胞获得了加速演进的细胞遗传表型,并具有高度恶性和转移能力,而原发瘤则生长缓慢或退化消失.本文报告我科遇见的病例,结合文献讨论了其发生率、诊断和治疗问题.

| Abstract: | Tumors of unknown origin or UPTs represent a unique subgroup of neoplasia. This article reports two cases seen at the Department of Oncology of the Affiliated Hospital. The authors briefly discuss the Incidence, diagnostic measures and management regarding this difficult clinical entity of tumors. |
