论全系统动态测试精度理论研究

摘    要:文章以传递链函数代替传统的传递函数的方法来研究全系统动态测试精度理论。给出了全系统动态测试精度理论的基本概念 ,并以一典型系统为例计算它的传递链函数和系统动态测试总误差。文章最后概括分析了误差分解、溯源与修正等动态误差的深处理手段 ,并指出本理论研究的方向。

Abstract:This paper studies a new precision theory of dynamic measurement on whole system by using function of transfer chain instead of the traditional transfer function. The basic concepts of the theory are brought forward and the function of transfer chain and the general error of dynamic measurement of a typical measurement system are calculated that has series and parallel system. In the end, the paper generally analyzes the error separation, resource and correction which are the further processes on dynamic measurement errors, and proposes research targets of the precision theory.
