摘    要:《微生物生理学》是生物科学专业一门非常重要的专业基础课,文中介绍了《微生物生理学》实验教学改革在实验教学内容、方法等方面的体会和经验。在精选实验内容的基础上,注重学生动手能力的培养。同时提出充分利用学校相关平台,在课外深化课堂内容,尽可能地调动学生的学习兴趣和实验的主动性,并充分利用现有资源,提高学生的综合素质。

Abstract:Microbial physiology is a very important professional basic course of biological sciences majors, this paper describes the experience of microbial physiology experiment teaching reform in experiment teaching content, methods and other aspects. Based on the selection of experiment content, one emphasizes the training of students' practical ability. At the same time, it puts forward to make full use of related platform in school, and deepen the teaching content in extra-curricular. So as to arouse the students' interest in learning and experimental initiative. It also points out to make full use of existing resources to improve the overall quality of students.
