| 摘 要： | 在车床原有的操作方式和主电路不变的情况下，利用PLC代替传统的控制模式，使车床的控制线路大为简化，故障率大大降低。实验结果表明系统获得了良好的控制效果，为企业进行技术改造提供了一种途径。

| Abstract: | Under the precondition of maintaining existing operating mode and main circuits of the lathes, one used PLC to replace the traditional control made, then the its control circuits were simplified greatly to make its fault ratio reduced. The results show that it is good practice by analyzing results of both designs. |
