| 摘 要： | 分析讨论厚板焊接时准稳定温度场的解析解,通过实例,应用工具软件Origin和Mathematica精确计算焊缝熔池的外形尺寸,作图表示焊接接头不同截面、不同位置的温度分布和等温线分布.整个过程简单明了,没有数值计算的繁琐,可以为厚板焊接接头的温度场计算和焊缝熔池尺寸的计算提供快捷方法.

| Abstract: | Analytic solution of sub-steady temperature field was analyzed and discussed for welded thick plate.By means of an actual case,the dimension of molten pool was accurately calculated and the temperature profile and thermoisopleth in different sections and positions of welded joint were graphically expressed with the software Origin and Mathematica.The whole course was simple and clear.Analytic solution was not so tedious as numerical one.It was a simple and convenient method for calculating the temperature distribution and dimension of molten pool. |
