摘    要:本文对KPO3-MoO3体系平衡固相作了较详细的研究.用X-射线衍射证明在50mol%KPO3-50mol%MoO3处及75mol%KPO3-25mol%MoO3处有两化合物存在.31P核磁共振进一步证实它们的化学式为MoO3·KPO3和3KPO3·MoO3的可靠性,同时测定了各平衡固相的熔化热

Abstract:The crude sodium fructose 1,6 disphosphate(FDP) was obtained by fermentation of bake yeast when starch was used as starting material. After converting and purification, the pure sodium FDP was obtained. The rate of yield was 10.5%. It was proved to be pure sodium FDP by optical rotation, layer chromatograph, enzymetic analysis, and NMR. Its purity was 115% of standard sample from Italy and compared with the rate of recovery of BaFDP, CaFDP, NaFDP respectively.
