轮式分页输纸中的摩擦问题

本文着重研究了输纸轮与纸面间以及纸与纸间的静、动摩擦特性。分析了分页输纸的力学条件,并通过各种结构输纸胶轮和国产纸张的实验证明了正压力与摩擦系数之间存在着非线性关系。得出了一系列曲线。指出:利用非线性摩擦特性是分页输纸的理论基础,为设计简单的张簧式给纸盒提供了科学依据。经“OA”设备的OCR和OMR使用证明分页输纸稳定可靠。

THE FRICTION PROBLEMS IN PAPER SEPARATION AND TRANSMISSION

The characteristics of static and kinetic frictions between a sh-cet of paper and the transmitting wheel as well as that between the transmitted papers are discussed in this paper. The mechanical condition for separating ane transmitting papers arc analysized. Experiments based on the different kind of structures of wheels and China made papers have shown the enistance of a nonlinear relation between the normal pressure and the friction factor, A scries of curves are obtained. Finally, it is demonstrated that this nonlinear relation of friction is the basis for paper separating and transmitting. The possibility for the desiugn of a paper feeder by spring pressure is provided. The practieal use on "OA" device OCR and OMR proves the reliability and stability of the design.
