论我国农业产业化系统构建及运作协调

农业产业化是一个涵盖了农产品生产、农产品加工、市场销售等多行业的复合型产业系统;提出了发展农业产业化应进行统筹规划,用系统观建设产业经营组织、整合子系统间关系的观点;主张用系统理论和系统工程方法解决我国农业产业化系统运作中存在的重视局部建设、忽视整体发展,重视主体经营、忽视环境培育及系统规模小、技术含量低、竞争能力弱等一系列问题.

The Structure and Coordination of Agricultural Industrialization System in China

The paper holds that agricultural industrialization is a complex industry system,which contains lines of business such as production,reproduction and marketing and sales of agricultural products.Then it brings up some viewpoints in the sense that it should plan overall to develop agricultural industrialization,and it should use the view of system to build the managerial organization and to combine the relation of subsystems.It argues we should solve some problems with the theory of system and the methods of system engineering that exists in the course agricultural industrialization systematic operation in China.These problems include paying attention to partial structure but ignoring the whole developing,paying attention to theme management but ignoring environment fostering,and weak competitive power,the low technical content,the small scale of system,etc.
