| Abstract: | Nowadays teachers must play many roles, Playing these roles successfully or not is important to teachers and students' mental and physical health. This article not only discusses the relationship between the role set and students' quality, but also analyzes the resources of teachers' role stress and job burnout caused by teachers' job stress, and tries to find a way to adjust the stress to help teachers and students make professional and mental development in the progress of interaction between teachers and students. |
