摘    要:根据HJ-1光学卫星技术参数,从技术可用性、数据可用性两个角度,全面分析HJ-1A、HJ-1B卫星的数据获取情况及应用潜力。研究表明,HJ-1星座光学卫星具备直接获取中国和周边国家对地观测数据的能力,可满足全球范围内紧急情况下的应急观测需求;高时间分辨率、高光谱分辨率、中高空间分辨率的数据特点,可基本满足中国及周边国家环境监测与灾害管理方面的主要应用需求,在其他领域也具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the technical features of HJ-1 optical satellites, the potential applications of HJ-1A and HJ-1B are discussed with respect to their technical and data usability. The results show that the optical satellites of HJ-1 constellation can directly acquire the earth observation data from China and its neighbors, and carry out global observations under emergency situations. With high time-resolution, high spectral-resolution, and medium-high spatial-resolution, HJ-1 optical satellites can provide data to meet the primary needs of China and its neighbors on remote sensing applications, and have the potential applications in a broad range.
