| 摘 要： | 以双螺杆挤出机的螺杆转速、机筒温度和供料速度为自变量,运用3^K要因实验设计方法进行实验设计,以玉米小馇子为原料进行实验.建立了各目标参数的回归方程,实现了对食品双螺杆挤出机操作参数的优化.

| Abstract: | A 3^K factorial experiment is carried out with the independent variables of rotating speed of the screw, the temperature of the wall, the feeding speed. The experiment is carried out using the material of corn. Regress equations of all the object parameters are drawn, and the optimums of operating parameters of twin screw extruder are realized. |
