| 摘 要： | 搜集信息一方面可以引起项目信息泄露，从而导致项目价值下降，另一方面可以规避项目不确定性，项目价值得到相应提升。如果不存在道德风险，则经理会依据搜集信息成本低于项目增量价值条件确定搜集信息规模，如果存在道德风险，则经理会依据其可获最大收益条件确定搜集信息规模。

| Abstract: | As a result of seeking project information,it can lead to project information leakage and reduce the value of the project while evading the uncertainty of the project and increasing the value of the project. If there is no manager moral hazard, then he will choose a scale of seeking information relying on the rule that the cost of seeking information is below the increasing value of project,if there is manager moral hazard ,then he will choose a scale of seeking information relying on the rule that his interest is maximized. |
