The Status and Operating Management of Broad Leaved Pinus Koriensis Forests in Changbai Mountain

Due to longterm reckless cuts, human kind is now confronting with the decreasing quantity and deteriorting quality of the forestry resources. Therefore to carry out sustainable operating management of forestry resource is becoming the general goal of people all over the world. The authors elaborate in the paper, baed on the status quo of resource of broad leaved pinus koriensis, forests the importance of introducing forest ecological effectiveness to the goal at sustainable development of forestry, summarize the present operating management of the forests in Changbaishan Mountain and raise suggestions on the future deverlopment.
