摘    要:针对当前高校图书馆电子阅览室的现状,指出管理人员必须正确认识自己在信息服务中的地位和作用,转变工作观念,以推销员的精神进行读者服务工作,用推销手段来提高服务水平。

Abstract:Based on the current status of electronic reading room in university library,this paper points out that the librarians must correctly know their own position and role in information service,change their concept of work, carry on the service for readers with the spirit of a salesman,and improve their service quality with salesmen’s promotion skills.
