孟津煤矿二2-11031工作面顺槽支护方案优化设计初探

摘    要:孟津煤矿属煤与瓦斯突出矿井,采用开采解放层结合底板抽放巷进行回采,二2煤层是解放层,本煤层11031工作面顺槽属半煤岩巷道,支护主体采用锚网索+双工字钢棚联合支护,锚网索作为补强支护,钢材消耗量大,操作工序多,成本高,进度慢,支护方案优化就显得尤为重要。

Abstract:the branches of coal mine coal and gas outburst mine,the mining liberation layer combination floor drainage lane for recovery,二2 coal seam is liberation layer,the coal seam in 11031 working face of the tank is half coal rock tunnel excavation,supporting the main part is made of anchor wire rope + double i-steel shed combined support,anchor wire rope as reinforcing support,steel consumption, operation procedures, the cost is high,the progress is slow,supporting scheme optimization is particularly important.
