| 摘 要： | 以松籽为原料,压榨制取松籽油.通过与玉米胚芽油和紫苏油的调配,制得松籽保健调和油.松籽保健调和油主要研究了其配方以及3种天然抗氧化剂对油脂的抗氧化性能,试验结果表明：蜂胶是一种天然、高效的油脂抗氧化剂,对油脂经高温诱导的脂质过氧化反应有延缓和抑制作用.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the healthy mix pine oils are made through the perillaseed oil and the maize embryo oil.The formula and three natural antioxidants against the oxidization of the healthy oils are mainly studied. The experiment results show that propolis is a kind of natural and high effective antioxidant and it could inhibit and put off the reaction of lipid peroxidation of healthy mix pine oil significantly. |
